I'm happy to see you continue in your extraordinary work with youth who needs a diversion from the path of becoming the second generation of offenders.
I respect your loyalty and committment to individuals who continue to return bqck to their communities from prison.
I applaud and commend your tireless journey in speaking before diverse audiences about the real facts of ex-offenders and the many systemic barriers that should be legally removed
to allow individuals to have more options after serving their prison sentence and returning back to their families. Good luck in your continued success and your career as a professional motivational speaker and developmental trainer.

I work in the field of re-entry and I help many men and women in their transition back to mainstrean society. What I find is that many are being sent to work release programs without academic backgrounds such as a GED and are required to get a job in 30 to 45 days. How is this possible with a felony, no job skills and/or education?
